Welcome to Catchy EyeDol Lash & Beauty. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Professional Services & Licensing

Catchy EyeDol Lash & Beauty provides professional eyelash extensions and beauty services performed by licensed, experienced cosmetologists. We use premium, industry-standard products and prioritize the health and safety of your natural lashes.

2. Booking, Deposits, & Payments

  • Appointments: All services are subject to availability and must be booked through our official online booking platform or authorized channels.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and authorized digital payment methods. All balances must be paid in full immediately following your service.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Late Policies

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled, incurring a late fee.

  • No-Shows: Failing to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service value, and future booking privileges may be suspended.

4. Client Responsibilities & Eye Health

  • Pre-Appointment Care: Clients are responsible for arriving to their lash appointments with clean, makeup-free eyes. Arriving with dirty lashes may cut into your service time due to the deep-cleaning process required.

  • Allergies & Sensitivities: It is the client's responsibility to inform our artists of any known allergies, eye conditions, medical updates, or sensitivities prior to the application. While we use high-quality, sensitive adhesives, a minor risk of a reaction always exists.

  • Retention & Aftercare: Proper aftercare is vital for lash retention. Catchy EyeDol Lash & Beauty is not responsible for premature lash shedding due to improper client aftercare (e.g., picking, using oil-based products, or excessive moisture within the first 24 hours).

5. Refunds & Fix Policy

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any completed services or promotional offers.

  • Fix Policy: If you experience unusual or excessive shedding within the first 48 to 72 hours after your appointment, please get in touch with us immediately. We will gladly offer a complimentary touch-up/fix session if the issue is reported and assessed within this window.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, website design, images, and marketing materials displayed on this website are the property of Catchy EyeDol Lash & Beauty and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
